Our mission is simply to make real world, creative thinking accessible for all ages. We want to give children and adults the tools to explore ideas with purpose, confidence and curiosity, no matter where they are starting from. We believe it is never too early or too late to learn how many opportunities are out there in the world and how you can go and grab them!
Launchly Youth
Launchly youth is for 7-17 year olds and provides fun and engaging tools to help children explore ideas, build confidence and start thinking like mini business owners. ​

Launchly rebuild is for adults looking to reshape their future, or rebuild their identity. Perhaps you feel stuck in a job you don't like, perhaps you just want to launch a side hustle, perhaps you are in recovery, or are looking to rebuild after burnout, or a big life event. Practical sessions, creative challenges and purpose led action.

Why Launchly Exists
Most adults, business owners and entrepreneurs never really learned how business really works. Not as children at school, not as teenagers, not at University. We were told to get good grades, get a good job and basically play life safe!

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Mark
I'm a dad of 3 and someone who has a couple of small businesses. I've now found my passion in life and want to pass this onto others!
Initially I was someone who followed the system exactly as I was told: get good grades, get a good job, climb the ladder.
I had a good part time job and even a part time business of my own at 18 but I didn’t understand how to grow it, how to take it seriously, or even why it mattered. So I ended up going full-time in employment in pursuit of more money because that’s what I thought success looked like.
No matter what role I landed or how much I earned, I never truly enjoyed any of it. I moved between jobs chasing the feeling of success, but it never came.

Looking back, if something like Launchly had existed 20 years ago, or if someone had been around to guide me, I might have stuck with that first business when the risks were low. No children, no house, no pressure; just time, energy, and ambition. But I didn’t know what I didn’t know, so I carried on in the way I thought I needed to - hopping jobs, chasing money.
​
It wasn’t until I was made redundant years later that everything changed. I was forced to try something of my own again. That’s when I finally found freedom, purpose, and belief. I also found something else I never expected: creativity.
​
For most of my life, I never thought I was creative. I wasn’t good at art or drama or design technology, so I assumed I didn’t have it in me. But once I had the freedom and bandwidth to explore, I realised I’m incredibly creative, just in a different way. Business ideas, solutions, concepts, brands — that’s how I create.
​
That realisation, along with the curiosity and excitement I’ve seen in my own children watching me build businesses, is what sparked Launchly. It’s here to help others unlock that belief earlier. Whether you’re 7 or 57, I want to help you explore ideas, spot opportunities, and realise that you have more creativity, more potential, and more options than you’ve ever been told.
